Registration is a four-part process.

Step one: Fill out the following pre-registration
form below.
Step two: Print the subsequent page and have
your school counselor sign.
Step three: Mail the signed form along with payment
for each course desired ($160 per course) to the address below:

Step four: Call 893-8938 to schedule a 15-20 minute orientation and to pick up installation CD's

Enrollment is not complete until signed form and course fee are received at ESD 101
